Lauren McHale began her teaching career in Venice Beach, CA where she taught yoga and indoor cycling classes. In 2013, she was on the opening team for the Bay Area/San Francisco SoulCycle market and a senior instructor. Throughout her tenure at SoulCycle, Lauren continued to take on corporate, personal training, and private yoga clients as well. Her success as a fitness professional is rooted in transparency and openness. Her coaching style is focused on taking the intimidation factor out of self-care and creating an environment for connection, motivation, and inspiration.
